RSI was started by world champion Snowmobile and Personal Watercraft engine / chassis builder Rob Schatzle. Rob has been involved with Snocross racing and Personal Watercraft racing since the mid 90s. After a successful online website Rob teamed up with ergonomics designer and inventor Wade Durbin.  Wade had designs of handlebar systems for snowmobiles he had invented which enhanced rider comfort and snowmobile handleing.  Wade wanted to take it to the next level and It made sense to team up with Rob and RSI.
