Shipping & Returns   

 ·       All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the date they are purchased pending the items are in stock.   If items are not in stock notification will be made on when they will be in stock and able to ship  Please note that there are NO Shipments made during Weekends and Special Holidays.

 ·       If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email or phone. Therefore, we require customers to provide us a valid email address and a contact number.

 ·       All orders will be shipped Via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS (Priority or First Class Mail). UPS Ground shipments can be expected in 4 - 6 Business Days as well as USPS shipments. 

·       Shipping totals on invoices reflect handleing charges and shipping material costs as well as the freight costs.  To speed up shipment if deemed neccessary we may choose to ship the order with a different carrier than what is listed on the invoice.  We will ship it the best way possible with the customers best interest in mind to get it as soon as possible.

 ·       All orders shipping to Canada wil ship USPS Global Priority Mail. 

 ·       Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of original order time will be refunded 100%. Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before the item(s) are shipped are subject to a 4% handling fee. Cancellations after item(s) have shipped are subject to our return policy (below). Please be sure that what you purchase is what you want.

 ·       Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order after it has been shipped, you may return merchandise in its original unopened condition/packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. All orders will be credited  the amount of the original order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. This includes all refused or misdirected merchandise as well. All returns must be pre-approved via contact of Race Shop, Inc. at (952) 225-0452 or our email address: info@rsiracing.com  There are no returns on discontinued blowout priced products.

 ·       Faulty merchandise: If an item received is defective, you may return item within 14 days to exchange for a new one. Additional shipping cost on faulty merchandise will be reimbursed by Race Shop, Inc. if item is found to be defective. All faulty merchandise returns must be pre-approved via Race Shop, Inc. at (952) 225-0452or our email address: info@rsiracing.com.

*  Any product shipped into the state of Minnesota will be charged sales tax.

*  All orders will ship from our westcoast facility in Boise Idaho.
